12 Month Warranty Explained

All items are covered by 12 Month Warranty provided by TES Consumer Solutions Ltd (T/A "stockmustgo").

Your 12 Month Warranty starts from the date of purchase, detailed on the order confirmation or sales invoice.

In the event that you need to raise a warranty claim, please reach out to us via eBay Message where we will advise the next steps.

Our warranty covers all faults that would be covered by a manufacturer.

We do not cover faults caused as a result of neglect, miss-use, accidental damage or standard wear and tear.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm. As soon as your order is placed with ourselves, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.

We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Our cut off is 2PM Daily for same day dispatch (Working Day) Saturday Delivery This is a premium service and not a service set as standard.

Your right to cancel the order You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of payment being received. If you would like to cancel an order and return an item to us, please contact us via eBay.

12 Months Warranty - All items are covered by our 12 Months warranty (unless stated otherwise). If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind" if you are returning the item to us because it is faulty the return costs are covered (Within 30 days of receipt), repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, water damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.
